The imperial porcelains made for the court during Xuande reign of Ming Dynasty were the climax of Chinese ceramics production.

JointWells (HK) has successfully concluded its first auction, 2019 Autumn Auction, on October 5th 2019 at Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel. Two sessions combined have achieved a turnover of 116 million HK dollars (including premium). With more than 200 lots sold, the turnover rate reached 83%.
The vase is a marvelous work of art among the imperial porcelains of Yongzheng reign. This vessel shape is known as “Globular Vase”, it is worth mentioning that there has always been a saying in the Chinese aesthetics that the heaven is round and the earth is square.
